Kenya Moore’s hair salon has some serious financial woes.

A judge ordered the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum to pay nearly $88,000 in unpaid bills, including rent and utilities, related to the salon or vacate the property, per TMZ reporting. A landlord initially brought this suit in October 2025, alleging Moore stopped paying rent in December 2024, just months after opening.

Moore denied the landlord’s allegations, per TMZ, claiming the landlord failed to make requested improvements to the property. But court documents show that Moore’s company, Moore Vision Media, was ordered to pay $43,988 by the end of February 2026. The second payment of roughly the same amount is due late March. In addition to these restitution-like payments, the judge ordered Moore’s company to pay $5,500 in rent until the hair salon vacates the property.

It doesn’t stop there.

The landlord filed an additional complaint, claiming to the Georgia court that Moore missed her initial court-mandated payment, triggering the landlord to request sole possession of the Atlanta property. The former Miss USA winner has yet to release any public statement on the legal and financial troubles around her hair spa, which she opened in 2024.

“I want to make people feel good about the experience they have when visiting a hair salon-which is why I want a luxurious safe place for one to relax and feel pampered and of course, achieve your hair goals and look amazing,” Moore wrote on Instagram prior to the hair salon’s grand opening.

Trouble at the salon is only Moore’s latest issue. Last year, during Season 16, the reality TV star was fired mid-season for showing inappropriate photos of fellow RHOA cast member Brit Eady, who earlier in the season made physical threats toward Moore in an on-camera dispute. Moore was reportedly earning just over $1 million annually from the show. Details of a possible exit package are not publicly known, but Moore did lose a hefty paycheck.

The TV star and entrepreneur held a sale late January, offering discounted wigs, and she also offered some designer pieces from her closet, teasing a 55% off promotion on all items. This seemed like a savvy way to generate some quick income. Weeks later, baseless rumors circulated that Moore filed for bankruptcy, which the reality TV star quickly shut down
