House Republicans rebel against Senate-passed DHS bill, eye separate funding vote

Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., told House Republicans on a conference call that he plans to hold a vote on a bill to fund all of the Department of Homeland Security for 60 days, according to a source on the call.
