Post-Trump laws will have to prevent abuses of power and personal enrichment

The Trump presidency has highlighted the need for new reforms to prevent executive branch abuse, as the post-Watergate era laws and norms have been eroded, and suggested reforms include prohibiting presidents from owning public companies, communication platforms, and stakes in companies engaged in cryptocurrency, as well as requiring presidents to publicly release their tax returns and limiting executive orders.
