The nominations for the 78th annual Primetime Emmy Awards have officially been announced, setting the stage for television’s biggest night later this year.

Past Emmy winners Liza Colón-Zayas of The Bear and Jeff Hiller of Somebody Somewhere revealed the nominees Wednesday morning during a livestream from the Television Academy’s Saban Media Center. Two categories were announced earlier on Today, including Outstanding Variety Series and Outstanding Reality Competition Program, which saw Dancing with the Stars earn its first nomination in a decade.

The Pitt leads this year’s field with 25 nominations after winning Outstanding Drama Series last year. On the comedy side, the final season of Hacks earned 24 nominations, setting a new record for the most nods received by a comedy series in a single season.

The Television Academy initially planned to announce the nominees in two groups on July 8 and July 15. All categories were ultimately revealed Wednesday to give nominees additional time for their Emmy campaigns.

The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards will air live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, September 14, at 8 pm ET. Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay will host the ceremony.
