Thirteen current and former students at Penn State University are charged in connection with an off-campus cocaine ring. Authorities allege senior members of Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi ran the operation inside their fraternities between 2023 and 2024. Officials say the suspects used new pledges to cut and package the drugs.
