Todd Tucker is on the other side of his divorce from Kandi Burruss and ready to tell his side of the story. The producer, who typically works behind the scenes, is stepping in front of the camera in his new film, Til Divorce Do Us Part.
The trailer, released on September 8, opens with Tucker walking into his attorney’s office to finalize divorce proceedings. Shortly after, he’s shown standing on a street in front of a Fulton County sign, removing his wedding ring.
The trailer features several familiar RHOA faces, including Burruss’s hairstylist Jody, Porsha Williams’s ex Dennis McKinley, and Drew Sidora’s ex-husband Ralph Pittman.
While speaking with the various individuals featured in the film, Tucker seemingly addresses the infidelity allegations and his role in the split from Burruss.
In one scene, Fatum Alford, who briefly appeared on the reality show in Season 8, states that a single incident pushed Burruss to file for divorce. Tucker heatedly rebuts this, saying his needs weren’t being met before that incident, when he was “f–king screaming for f–king help” in the marriage.
In another clip, Tucker emphasizes how difficult divorce is, saying, “People don’t understand, that sh-t breaks you down.” The producer also admits to having dark thoughts at one point while speaking with pastor Mark Couch and James Bronner.
“I looked at my gun a couple times,” he admits.
While chatting with Burruss’s hairstylist, Tucker says he never envisioned that he and Burruss would actually get a divorce. The scenes that follow piece together his version of events, culminating in his offer to take a polygraph test to ultimately clear the air.
The trailer ends with the polygraph tester asking Tucker whether he had sex with the young woman he took to a baseball game and whether he stayed at her home. The results, of course, are for those who choose to buy tickets to the film. Current cities set to screen it include New York, Detroit and Chicago with “more cities to be announced.”
To the shock of fans, Burruss filed for divorce in November 2025 after 11 years of marriage. She broke the news to the media in a statement that same month.
“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect,” the statement read.
Burruss didn’t immediately reveal the reason for the divorce, but later alluded to infidelity during her one-woman show, I Do. I Did. I’m Done!, at City Winery Atlanta on April 27. She said she uncovered text messages confirming the infidelity in July 2025 and confronted Tucker—and that his indifferent reaction was the last straw. The two finalized their divorce in March and are now co-parenting their two children, Ace, 10, and Blaze, 6.
The film hits select theaters from October to December 2026.
