Protesters took to the streets in Austin Sunday night after an ICE agent opened fire on a delivery driver while he was in his car. The driver was rushed to the hospital and is now in federal custody as city leaders demand to know what went wrong and call for a federal investigation. NBC’s Ryan Chandler reports for TODAY.
