Day four of New York Fashion Week fell on Valentine’s Day, and the designers on the lineup—Khaite, LaQuan Smith, and Prabal Gurung—evoked nothing but pure passion and perfection for the day. Beauty lovers were up 1000 points on the fourth day of NYFW as renowned makeup artist Sheika Daley led the charge as key makeup artist for Prabal Gurung, bringing a romantic vibe to the runway that translated effortlessly into the beauty street >big and pigmented or go home. Deep berry and red shades graced the faces of stunning attendees rushing from show to show, creating that flushing-blushing glow. For the placement, some opted for a soft draping technique across the cheeks and temples, while others went bold placing the color on the apples of their cheeks.

To complement the array of blushing hues on the cheeks of the women were perfectly pouted lips dressed in nude, raspberry and red lipsticks. We observed soft rose tones to bold crimson shades that made a declarative statement of love.
