Case of shooting at Rihanna’s home clouded by concerns over accused woman’s mental health

A public defender representing Ivanna Ortiz, a 35-year-old Florida woman accused opening fire on Rihanna’s West L.A. home with an assault rifle in March, said Wednesday that mental health concerns be an issue in her case as she faces charges of attempted murder and assault.
