In the brand’s latest Artist in Residence collaboration, they’re turning their attention to the legendary quiltmakers of Gee’s Bend, Alabama with a limited-edition collection created with renowned textile artists Claudia Pettway Charley and Loretta Pettway Bennett.

The Ralph Lauren x Gee’s Bend collection translates that artistic tradition into wearable pieces and home décor, blending the quiltmakers’ unmistakable visual language with Ralph Lauren’s signature Americana aesthetic. At the heart of the collaboration are two original quilts designed by Charley and Bennett, whose patterns have been thoughtfully reimagined across ready-to-wear, accessories, and home furnishings.

From outerwear to the brand’s Polo Play Bag, decorative throw pillows to hand-painted ceramics, each piece showcases the patchwork techniques and denim details that have become synonymous with Gee’s Bend’s enduring design heritage.

As conversations around preserving Black artistic traditions continue to evolve, collaborations like this underscore the importance of investing in the communities that have shaped American visual culture for decades. The Ralph Lauren x Gee’s Bend collection is now available to shop online with prices ranging from $2,198 to $4,998 dollars.
