Explosion rocks Texas oil refinery

A fire at Valero’s largest oil refinery in Texas was put out on Tuesday after an explosion prompted a shelter-in-place order for residents in the area. The explosion occurred at a refinery in Port Arthur, Texas, around 90 miles east of Houston. Mayor Charlotte Moses told residents that no one was hurt in the incident….
