Grandmother Is Stranded When Her Parrot ‘Plucky’ Can’t Board Flight

Plucky, an African gray parrot, accompanied its owner, Maria Fraterrigo, on a Frontier Airlines flight to Puerto Rico in January. But a gate agent would not let it on board the return flight.
