Hegseth says new supreme leader was ‘wounded and likely disfigured’

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth claimed Iran’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, was “wounded and likely disfigured.” Khamenei put out a written statement that was read out on Iranian state TV, which Hegseth called “weak.”
