Inside China’s push for more marriages and children

The one child policy has left a lasting impact on Chinese society, where marriage and birth rates are both very low. That’s why the Chinese government is now instituting programs to encourage people to have children and get married. NBC News’ Janis Mackey Frayer has the story.
