Luigi Mangione Seeks Murder Case Dismissal on Double Jeopardy

Shortly after Luigi Mangione pled guilty in federal court to stalking charges and confessed to the judge how he carried out a plot to kill United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, his legal team filed a motion in state court to have his second-degree murder charge dismissed on the basis of double jeopardy.
