The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has opened up an investigation involving a sexual assault allegation against Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.). Multiple women have come forward with sexual misconduct claims against Swalwell, including one who said he assaulted her in a New York hotel room. Swalwell, who is running for governor of California, has denied the allegations. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz has the latest.
