David Ellison officially takes over as CEO of Skydance, the new mega merger combining Paramount and Warner Bros.

The Paramount and Warner Bros. merger has survived court challenges, public protests and regulatory scrutiny. Now, the Hollywood heavyweight, named Skydance, begins operating.
