The month of August is in full swing, and some of our favorite stars spent the past week making appearances from all over the world. Sports like the WNBA also brought plenty of familiar faces out as well, making for another busy week in celebrity sightings.

Atlanta had plenty happening with Invest Fest 2026 taking over the Georgia World Congress Center. Serena Williams hit the stage during the weekend, while LaLa Anthony also made an appearance. Joey Bada$$, Serayah, Steve Harvey, Nick Cannon and Porsha Williams were also among those spotted at the annual event, and The LOX participated in a special screening tied to their story. Meanwhile, the city’s Barbie Night celebrating Angel Reese’s new doll brought Flo Milli and Crystal Renee Hayslett courtside, with Monaleo handling the halftime performance.

Over in London, Lauryn Hill joined Wyclef Jean for the unveiling of artist Lauren Halsey’s latest commission at Piccadilly Lights, and Chaka Khan was also in town for the press night of I’m Every Woman: The Chaka Khan Musical. Los Angeles welcomed figures such as Olandria Carthen and Tyriq Withers to Variety’s Power of Young Hollywood event, marking an exciting few days in the industry.
