Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has issued a moratorium on executions for the rest of the year as investigators try to figure out what went wrong after convicted murderer Christa Pike survived two doses of lethal injection. Pike’s attorneys say she’s alive and in critical condition but her prognosis remains unclear. NBC’s Jesse Kirsch reports for TODAY.
