Nieves González, the 29-year-old Spanish painter whose meteoric rise was catalyzed by her Baroque-inflected portrait of Lily Allen for the singer’s album “West End Girl,” will make her U.S. debut at Richard Heller Gallery in Santa Monica on Saturday.
