Uefa to hold emergency meeting over controversial Fifa World Cup plans

Fifa could bank first lot of private World Cup cash by end of October as European football’s governing body Uefa will hold a meeting of all 55 member associations on Thursday afternoon to discuss its response to controversial World Cup plans.
