Strike on Ukrainian public bus leaves 30 dead as blackouts worsen in Kyiv

Russian strikes in eastern Ukraine have killed 30 people and injured at least 18, according to authorities. The attacks included a strike on a public bus and have worsened power outages in Kyiv.
