Suspicious mailings to election officials, congressional offices under investigation

Federal authorities are investigating suspicious mailings sent to election officials and congressional offices in multiple states. Above, a USPS mail collection box in Pasadena, Calif.

The FBI and U.S. Postal Inspection Service are looking into the mailings, some of which included an unidentified powdery white substance.
